Daylily - Misty Mayhaw

I love daylilies. They are such fun. Because each flower blooms for only a day, there is an eager anticipation to see who will be blooming during my morning walk.

I have a few of these…tho they don’t seem to last long enough…perhaps if I replant them with an area with more sun? What do you think?

Oh, that lily is just beautiful! I don’t have any purple ones. Mine are all pink, gold and white. Next ones.. will be purple.
Peace,

Great to have found your site Jean. You’re photography is wonderful.
I have some daylillies that my mother gave me a few years ago. They’re the standard buttermilk yellow variety. I’d love to have some different colours but I’m loathe to pull these out for sentimental reasons. If only my garden was ginormous I wouldn’t have this problem.
