Just a little bit late for St. Patrick’s day - but we went back to get one more cymbidium. I think that that will be my cymbidium purchases for this year - time to turn my attention to some of my other flowers. I have a couple more cattleya orchids coming in this next week and I have made a daylily order. This is my favorite time of year for choosing “new” flowers. What fun it is!

Here is another of the cymbidiums that Pat bought me a couple of days ago. I am experimenting with taking hdr pictures - and this is the first one I have posted on this site. It’s kind of cool but I have a lot of learning to do

Pat took this photo of our pear tree yesterday - it is in full bloom. The tree is over 30 feet tall and is just gorgeous right now. I have my fingers crossed that there will not be another frost. The only thing I did to this photo was add my faded edge. The sky is really that blue.

Took this photo a few minutes ago - the hand pouring the drink for this Martha Washington Pelargonium (geranium) is my husband Pat.

This is one of the cymbidium orchids that Pat bought me yesterday. The full name of this cymbidium is a mouth full. It’s [Summer Love ‘GS 1116′ X (Moyra Easton X Via Wiley Coyote) ‘Pink Jewel’] ‘Yellow Moon’. Totally intimidating!
But it’s gorgeous and I love it. I took it out into the yard in front of the gazebo for the photo.
